Daily ceremony
A daily ceremony is required to determine how close the team is to reaching the sprint goal.
Several steps are required to participate in the ceremony.
Step 1 - Entrance to the ceremony room
After all team members have entered the room, the first participant must answer what he did yesterday and what he will do today in order to reach the sprint goal.
For clarity, the system displays a list of user tasks and subtasks so that other team members can familiarize themselves with them.
Step 2 - Next team member
After the first member of the team is done, the system randomly selects the next speaker. And so it goes until all the participants have performed.
