Sprint planning
Before planning a sprint, you need to create a sprint. You can create a sprint in the product section. When creating a sprint, provide a sprint goal, a description of the sprint, and a start and end date for the sprint.
Step 1 - Open sprint details
To conduct the sprint planning procedure, one team member needs to go into the sprint details and set up the planning start setting.
Step 2 - Invitation to the ceremony
All users receive a notification that they have been invited to the sprint planning ceremony.
Step 3 - Parameter modification
At this stage, PamaSync technology becomes available to team members, which allows you to interactively synchronize all changes between mobile applications.
The team is updating the goals, the sprint description, and all dates.
Step 4 - Tasks selection
In this step, the teams jointly select the tasks they plan to take on in the next sprint. All actions are synchronized between users.
Step 5 - Final step
When the tasks are selected, you only need to click the sprint start button
