
The retrospective ceremony is held at the end of the sprint and is an important tool for correcting mistakes and team issues. To start the retrospective ceremony, you need to click on the button to start the retro sprint ceremony in the product section.

After all other members of the team have received a notification of an invitation to the ceremony, they must enter the ceremony room by clicking on the button in the ceremonies section.

At this stage, all participants remember the positive events that occurred in the current sprint. This is done in order for the team to tune in to further work.

Each team member writes down all the positive events of the last sprint that he recalled. After everyone has completed this procedure, a general list of positive events of the past sprint is displayed.

Now the team members need to find all the problems that the team has encountered

Each user recalls the negative events of the sprint.

After all team members have written issues from the last sprint, a general list of issues is displayed

At this step, each team member must vote for 3 problems from the general list. This is done in order to prioritize the problems and choose the most important ones for the team.

At this stage, the results of voting on the main problems of the team in the last sprint are displayed.

Select the most serious problem that the team thinks is best to come up with a solution.

Suggest a solution to the selected problem. The task must be completed in the next sprint and have a specific performer.

When solutions and executors are assigned to the main problems, the ceremony is completed.

After the retrospective is completed, all tasks are displayed in the ceremonies section of the kanban board.
